SMALL FOOTPRINT, LARGE IMPACT

Ensuring Process Sterility

Our bioreactor system comes with a fully-closed fluidics set that is

  • easy to install,

  • single use, and

  • can be adapted to the needs of a wide range of processes.

Why is this important?

A fully-closed fluidics system de-risks manufacturing by reducing the risk of contamination.

Fully Automated From Innoculation to Harvest

Our bioreactor control system can automatically inoculate, expand, sample, harvest, and transfer cells between vessels based on user-defined setpoints tied to in-process data.

This reduces human error and the risk of batch failure, while creating a unique and simple user experience

Harvest efficiencies of >97% are achievable through simple gravity-based draining.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY, LOW RISK

Designed to Maximize Efficiency

MIMICKING THE PERFECT DESIGN

Capillaries distributed throughout the human body ensure that cells are never out of reach of the nutrients they need to grow, making it the most efficient nutrient delivery system.

So, we decided to recreate it:

Leveraging Nature's Design

Our bioreactor vessels have gas and liquid perfusion systems that are precisely distributed throughout the vessel chamber so that, just like in the human body, cells are never out of reach of the critical gas and liquid nutrients they need to grow.

Effortless Scaling from 0.2-10 L

What does this mean?

Directly transfer your process from one scale to another with minimal to no optimization

We focus on maintaining the same microenvironment at every scale. This ensures consistent cell metabolism and growth across all of our bioreactors.

We SCALE UP, NOT OUT in 2 different ways:

DESIGNED TO SCALE UP, NOT OUT
